I had never been to Baltimore and in my brain it was somewhat destructive. But I was pleasantly stunned! A lot of downtown feels like "urban renewal" from the 1970's, aged historic structures are already scraped and replaced by Brutalist high rises. The historic neighborhoods on their own, like Fell's Point and Mount Vernon are way more attenti
